30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For change-of-mind returns, the item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.
How to request a return
Contact support@arclines.shop with your order number and reason for the return. Obtain return authorization and instructions before sending your item. Our return address is arclines, 6751 Dorsey Rd, Elkridge, MD 21075, United States.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can help resolve it and arrange the appropriate return and refund steps. The unused-condition and original-packaging requirements for change-of-mind returns do not prevent you from reporting or seeking resolution for damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied items.
Return shipping costs
We cover return shipping when the return is due to our error, a damaged item or a defective item. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Contact us first for the applicable instructions.
Fees and refunds
There is no restocking fee. Once the returned item has been received, inspected and the refund approved, the refund will be issued automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Your payment provider may have its own posting process. Contact us if you need help with a refund.
